Used to be able to claim miles for 3rd party with tp....when using the online redemption....after they took down that website, going through card centre, cannot convert to 3rd party anymore....
Can I confirm that all overseas transactions, ie denominated in foreign currencies, with the vi will continue to be awarded 5x tps?... irrespective if MCC?

[attachmentid=7066702] booked on July 1st, it says i did on June 30, took 11 days to post, wtf there gone my s7 OTP received on 12:07am, can I appeal? HKG/KUL same time zone lehhh it depends on where the payment is processed....i wouldn't be surprised if it's done in london....so if you have done the transaction between mn to 8am 1 july, it will still be 30 june in london....

Try wait for promotion....like the 10% extra miles earlier this year....
While it is normally fast, sometimes they are sloppy....and they have effected conversion after promotion ended, and I had to insist they reverse the conversion....

QUOTE(SonnyCooL @ Sep 29 2016, 05:33 PM) can i ask what so good abt this card ? previously using Maybank Platinum free for life, today they send me new card (infinite) and told me that is a upgrade but only first year free, next year rm 800 ...... what the point ? thinking of rejecting them. i have HLB infinite (free for life too) ....... 5x points for overseas spend and low conversion rate to enrich, krisflyer and asia miles...they waive annual fee if you spend 50k a year.... but agree, their perks are decimated now, and if you don't anticipate spending 50k on it, just cancel....after 11 months....lol

QUOTE(aspartame @ Oct 1 2016, 09:53 AM) Then you are not maximising points potential as the Amex card of Premier 2 can earn 5 times TP even if spend locally. there are limited local merchants accepting amex....and in any case, the bulk of spending is overseas, so it is the same 5 points.... actually, as it turns out, i would have qualified for waiver the last 2 years...lol
