Actually in this kind of game, it's about spending power ($$$) and getting the right information (where/when to redeem miles). The rest of the information provided are just extra.

The best is to walk into 1U/Maybank card centre and ask them what's needed.Also, anecdotal experience, just 2 weeks back my friend walked into Maybank card centre. Maybank has downgraded the card.....when it initially started, you need pledge 75k.....and have income 180k pa.....now 30k and 120k can kao tim...
