Darn it! Missed it yet again cause I fell asleep AGAIN! Haiyah. I am so done with this card. But I'm also with Maxis so I guess even if I had stayed awake, I would have lost sleep for nothing because of the TAC issues.

Same thing happened here. No tac. Been trying till 3am. While waiting for tac, call CS, 3 times and was on hold for 30 mins then got cut off. Never got connected.
Thought I would try again in the morning. 7am. Habis. Called CS again, got connected within 5 mins and said maxis issue. Nothing they can do š¤¬ Came here only to found out I wasnāt the only one. |

Since Oct 1 after I managed to redeem all my 2.58m points, I've racked up another 240k points which I'll have to try to redeem again this time in Dec...
I've yet to cancel this card since I haven't found any replacement yet  |
