Damn, waited a month to redeem enrich miles and fell asleep less than an hour to midnight and now all the points are "out of stock". Will stop using my MB card now for purchases except for certain things that still earn extra points.

Me too. But the problem I have with Ambank is we can't see pending transactions and we don't get any notification (push or sms) when the card is used (paywave/contactless). Very risky if we lost our card without realizing it and someone uses our card and we're never notified and the amount only shows up days later.

Darn it! Missed it yet again cause I fell asleep AGAIN! Haiyah. I am so done with this card. But I'm also with Maxis so I guess even if I had stayed awake, I would have lost sleep for nothing because of the TAC issues.

I switched to ambank enrich and have only used my maybank card for petrol. It is so much more convenient instead of playing the hunger games every 1st of each month. I put my latest statement into excel and the enrich points checks out so yay! No more stupid hunger games!

no points for petrol with the ambank enrich card, that's why I use maybank card for petrol.

Anyone else having trouble redeeming? I keep getting an error about activity date not within partner agreement contract. I don't even know what it means. This is such a shitty card.

Andddd.... It's OUT OF STOCK! It's truly the shittiest card for enrich points. Am just gonna redeem some appliance or something and be done with it.

Could not even redeem. I was on it when it was opened for redemption but kept getting an error. Tried many times. Then when it finally did work, it was still unsuccessful because it was already out of stock. Also, at the bottom it said maximum redemption only 2000 enrich points, like seriously? I'm so done with Maybank cards.

The enrich devaluation is ridiculous. Normal card now 20000 = 1000? LOL The increase in the pool is useless, too little too late. Hardly ever use the MBB card now. I just keep it for petrol since it is a petronas card. I use my ambank card for almost everything else now, even if it isn't so great for enrich points but it's easy and convenient as all points are credited automatically.
