I noticed my KF miles credited doesn't tally with my Krisflyer Amex Plat statement. Some month more, some months short. Anyone noticed the same?

I'm probably one of their biggest complaint in their whole department now. Made noise since August's statement for 2 issues, until now also not rectified.

1) Apple Pay online is considered as local spend. They've ack the issue and making rectifications, since August 2024.
2) Apparently for those that has statement date fall on the 30th or something, their system is "not able" to capture the transactions and will credit wrongly. This was their reasoning given to me and it really really sounds utter bs. They suggested me to change my statement date to some other date where it would be captured properly.

Last month's statement, I was credited just a small 3 digit KF miles while based on my statement and tracking, I should be getting 20K++ KF miles. Even for my welcome points of 7k KF were not credited at all.

Got to push them hard. Their whole department for this card is like they've sidelined it.

Yeah if not for large spending I won't even notice and will let it pass

hi all experts, i been using mbb card since 2019 and recently i signed up an HP from MBB and noticed yesterday in ccriss that there is a credit card application with a limit showing RM50k. While all these while i tried apply increase in CL but only once was approve that also add 10k more. Does it mean the ccriss CL on application is the additional on top of my current CL? or should wait for the approval done only able to know the limit. [example: ccriss 50k + current xxxx = total]?

mbb cc application standard limit put in rm50k in ccris, i guess is the same to all.
u need to wait final approval only know the actual limit.
mbb conventiional n islamic card limit are not sharing.

Oh there’s maintenance on the redemption page until 1230am. So we can only redeem after that.

Fourth person could not get TAC from Maybank here. I am a hotlink user. No more air miles left

I called the normal customer service hotline. Got transferred to the credit card department and a lady was kind enough to help me redeem.

Glad this is over. Cutting the card soon
