Same thing happened here. No tac. Been trying till 3am. While waiting for tac, call CS, 3 times and was on hold for 30 mins then got cut off. Never got connected.

Thought I would try again in the morning.
7am. Habis.

Called CS again, got connected within 5 mins and said maxis issue. Nothing they can do 🤬

Came here only to found out I wasn’t the only one.
