Hi i am a noob that wants to get started on caring for my car. Due to me living in apartment i could not conveniently wash or wax my car for long hours at the parking lot. Can i purchase the Maguiars Ultimate Anywhere wash and glass cleaner to clean my car with the Ultimate Quik Wax to easily wax my car?

Hope this would help. See here.

Hey guys, I got a question.

I waxed my car with meguiars ultimate paste wax once a month. I feel that the waxing feel reduce after I wash my car every week. I only use normal wash n wax car wash from jusco.

Any product that can use after every car wash (before next waxing time) to prolong the wax and give my car shiny look?

I am thinking of meguiars quik detailer mist and wipe, meguiars ultimate quik detailer and meguiars ultimate quik wax. Or I should also change to a better car wash shampoo?

Any suggestion and why?

You could try some spray wax..
For shampoos, try using those from reputable makers. See my comparisons on some of the shampoos I have here. Hope this helps.

Go to Ace hardware and search for Goo Gone to remove adhesive residue (https://www.amazon.com/Goo-Gone-Original-Liquid-Adhesive/dp/B00006IBNJ)
Alternative is to use tar remover.

anyone here used wolfgang deep gloss paint sealant?
look like one of the most durable sealant out there with minimal maintenance but the negative of that thing is during its curing time(12 hrs!), need to make sure the sealant does not contact with water which is hard during rainy season and my car park has inadequate coverage to prevent any rain water to fall onto my car

too expensive at RM190/16oz to try.

frequent maintenance (say wax every 1.5 months) is better than once in a blue moon (every4/6 months)

Looking at chemical guys US website, seems like lots of stuff are on sale. If I am to grab them all locally, the bill easily add up to 500+ rclxub.gif
Still thinking if I should just ship them with a forwarder, I think those compound and liquid will be quite heavy (16oz fluid oz?) sweat.gif

hi, I wash my car every weekend and do waxing every month

My company (closing down) is selling a used BOSCH AQUATAK 1200 cheap that is used to wash the forklifts
Its comes with nozzle than has a 0.5-litre bottle for detergent

Whats the advantage of washing using High pressure cleaner compared to hand wash with bucket? Is it when combines it is faster to do? or cleaner?

Thanks

Just competed polish and waxing

Still finding hard to get rid of the swirl, very apparent on black

On the grey color car, still look ok

My experience on black cars as a former shop detailer, DA polisher with the softest pad u can get with polish. If based on Meguiars color standards of red=cut, yellow=polish, black=finish, go with black and your polish cream. When wiping down after polish, go easy and soft. Hope that helps.

DAS6PRO price seem ok. Do you have contact?
There CLOVER brand (china) which replicate flex and rupes. Are they reliable?

I remember someone mentioned here that 'water sheeting' is more important that 'water beading' to prevent water marks.

Can anyone please suggests methods for a good 'water sheeting'? I had my car coated and the water marks are just so terrible!
