I suggest not to use the waterless washes unless your car ONLY has mild dust on it. You're just risking scratches on your paint.. not to mention the tons of product and cloths you have to go thru.
Imho there is no substitute for a proper car wash.
Can't you wash your car at the car wash area, then move it to somewhere else to slowly do your detailing? That's what i'm doing.

waterless not for long term use unless you dont mind your car having swirls
rinseless wash like ONR is much safer, provide that you use the right technique and your car is not dirty

You could try some spray wax..
