X = 2-3 scheduled raids a week, 3-4 hours per raid. Weekday raids will be probably 8.30pm onwards, weekend raids on Sunday evening.

well we have not determine how many raid we gonna do yet since the guild is not organizing any raid. but assuming what tentris wrote above is true, and to answer seen questions, based on the schedule above, there will be 12 raid a month. if u make 8 raid out of 12, therefore

1 month = 8 raid attendance out of 12. = 66%

which is >65% raid attendance. you are considered as = casual raiders.

if u attend 11, u are considered elite raiders (>85%). but i suspect we only have like 2 or 3 ppl in this category.

below then 7 is considered casual peon and i think the biggest group is in this category.

Raids are fun. Hehehe... i'll bet we'll end up with at least 4 raids a week once we get a big group into 70. Tons of end-game instances to do...

before you RAID!!

maybe you guys should focus a schedule for farming instance like Blackwing Lair, Sholomance, Stratholme, Dire Maul first lor... coz to raid you need very good item from there somemore it is not longer 40 people raid now, only 25 lol...

sumore we really need to try and grp together for instance run around your lvl range so you can practice and learn your guildmate play pattern... -.- this is quite saddening me..

need a reinvite when I on tonight.. coz I went to my old clan yesterday to chat with them... sorry ya lol..

yes know your guildies play style so that we can save on heals and stuff like that.. less panic haha

when a schedule formed for those 5 man 60 dungeon, one person should in charge taking attendance for earning points, people with the most point will get the priority on raid boss drop and to those most needed class. maybe one of the officer can figure how its work. with a fair system roll out... alot of drama can be avoided. some guys I knew last time...when they got everything in an instance, he stop going to help other guildies, which really f*** up... and ninja-er lol. not need to say more.

and keep the anathema down when something like purple or blue drop lol... the color of the label does not mean is vaguely improve your performance.
