They have legit serviced apartment facilities la like laundry service and food delivery from the attached Mercure hotel. Downstairs got retail facilities (mall?) too. I don't recall got system for outside delivery to doorstep, but I could be wrong.

Pretty impressive speed considering MCO delays, let's pray that it doesn't encounter the same issues that plagued the "early VP by 13 months" CitiZen 2

What are those issues about ya?

Shoddy workmanship like leaking roof, broken doors, cracked window, slow rectification of defects/no response to fix defects etc. and the issue went viral on social media

The claim was that MCO delayed works and apparently the manager in charge of following up on defects resigned and no replacement until much later.

To their credit, at least they made public their rectification works, including before and after:

Hohoho, affected badly by construction material price inflation.

Can expect T T2 all to suffer from even worse quality issue.

Thanks for sharing at least they seem sincere in owning up.
