They have legit serviced apartment facilities la like laundry service and food delivery from the attached Mercure hotel. Downstairs got retail facilities (mall?) too. I don't recall got system for outside delivery to doorstep, but I could be wrong.

Where?

Not possible to walk from Fraser Biz Park, no pedestrian crossing and very fast traffic from there.

Pretty impressive speed considering MCO delays, let's pray that it doesn't encounter the same issues that plagued the "early VP by 13 months" CitiZen 2 tongue.gif

Shoddy workmanship like leaking roof, broken doors, cracked window, slow rectification of defects/no response to fix defects etc. and the issue went viral on social media

The claim was that MCO delayed works and apparently the manager in charge of following up on defects resigned and no replacement until much later.

To their credit, at least they made public their rectification works, including before and after:
