RC too far from any public transport and no shuttle service like Trion claiming to have, not really same target tenant.

It's time matter, but this also reflect a problem, is it house purchase entry lower (0 Down payment, free mot (hoc government policy, free here free there + cash back somemore) cause the auction unit come early?

Auction Property ready impact a lot for valuation for subsale and even affected the project unsold unit's cf, feature phase and etc. So if auction unit come in so early, then onwer will be worry so much. And if it drop so low, then owner feel heartache, buy overpriced a lot.
