I have signed the S&P for this purchase. After 2.5 months, i haven't get any document back from agent or legal firm. Anyone of you faced the same problem?

The risk of having new property development blocking previous project occurred in Binastra project. Check Citizen condo in Old Klang road. Hope there is no such case that will block view of Trion condo by Binastra. Other developer build a project there which we may not able to avoid. We also hope Southgate doing well & will not be shut down for another high rise in condo development. |

Similar like Trion as in Type A, C & D. 2 blocks with highest floor at 46. There are total 3 swimming pools with infinity pool on top of each block. |
