I have signed the S&P for this purchase. After 2.5 months, i haven't get any document back from agent or legal firm. Anyone of you faced the same problem?

I am more worry on new high rise that may built in highlighted box in red. Previously, there is high floor condo planned there but was canceled later.

This will really block the entire view to KL city.

The risk of having new property development blocking previous project occurred in Binastra project. Check Citizen condo in Old Klang road. Hope there is no such case that will block view of Trion condo by Binastra. Other developer build a project there which we may not able to avoid. We also hope Southgate doing well & will not be shut down for another high rise in condo development. sad.gif

I have checked with the developer staff, the highlighter yellow color plot does not belong to Binastra. To them, they also not sure who is going to develop that parcel of land. I have searched from google map which I get the answer that my Trion unit is still able to see the KLCC, KL Tower and PNB 118 view even the mentioned yellow plot is being developed by other, as they are not parallel line with Trion towers. The only one that might be blocked will be TRX. In addition, even Binastra starting another new project where sales gallery located, it totally nothing will block the view of Trion.

I am more worry on the yellow color plot as that land will block most of the view in Trion. Hopefully, it will be Southgate 2 up to 10-11 floors. icon_rolleyes.gif

From the SPA contract, there was a clause mentioned that the bus will be provided by Developer for 1st 2 years after handover of key. What we hope is the service provided like type of bus\van or frequency would be sufficient & comfort.

We should have both option. Some are young or old. Some prefer walk or take bus. Taking bus will be crucial when rain. Binastra still need to keep their promise in providing bus service to MRT\LRT station for 2 years.

Why maintenance of the bus for 1st 2 years park under resident management account? Binastra promised to provide 1st 2 year free bus service to MRT\LRT station as part of marketing selling this property.

Trion 2 showroom is ready. I saw it at top of Jalan Satu (nearby One Residence). Will visit this weekend.

Went to the showroom. There are 3 types of floor plan. Similar like Trion as in Type A, C & D. 2 blocks with highest floor at 46. There are total 3 swimming pools with infinity pool on top of each block.

Actually, i am one of the owner. I only hope it's fully\mostly sold as hope that the project will complete & after that got enough fund to pay monthly maintenance.

As i knew from my visit to Trion showroom, there is no available unit facing KL view. Still got number of number of units not sold facing sg besi side. Some mot sold also good for us as not too cramp when all move in as long as got enough tenants to supply monthly maintenance.

Don't need to argue on this numbers unless u have other motive in sabotage\selling the unit. This forum is to talk on Trion development progress or issue if any. Thanks.
