From what all the sales agent told me, only 689 sf and 800sf units left. Bigger unit all booked, need to wait for loan reject unit

heard that all trion 1 bigger size units are sold out, more than 90% booked.

The data in the website is remain unchanged when i last checked back on april or may. Ya lo, binastra six months can’t even sell one unit if we completely follow this website. I didn’t say we can believe sales chart 100% too, we can just assume the medium between the chart and idaman website data which is confirmed sold. Let’s wait for the data update patiently.

Btw, next time if we comment against our professional SA Mr. Ryan, please kindly pm him your spa or booking form to avoid him assuming you as SA 😂

I got something sounds stupid to ask..
What is the correct pronunciation for " Trion" ? I had heard different pronunciations from different SA rclxub.gif

A) Tree-yon
B) Trai-yon
C) Tree-uhn (uhn like the pronounce of lion)
4) Trai-uhn

hahahaha sounds stupid but i really want to know

Yah they should. But for now, kpkt are yet to imply the penalty. So, I don't see any reason the developer will update the data regularly.

However, i really hope the kpkt will penalize them la, so we as the buyer can have a true transparent data on the project sales. icon_rolleyes.gif
