The data in the website is remain unchanged when i last checked back on april or may. Ya lo, binastra six months can’t even sell one unit if we completely follow this website. I didn’t say we can believe sales chart 100% too, we can just assume the medium between the chart and idaman website data which is confirmed sold. Let’s wait for the data update patiently.
Btw, next time if we comment against our professional SA Mr. Ryan, please kindly pm him your spa or booking form to avoid him assuming you as SA 😂 This post has been edited by jetzxp: Oct 4 2020, 05:42 PM |

QUOTE(ryan@chua @ Oct 4 2020, 06:35 PM) Wah. A "" non agent "" put so much efforts on this project, keep following up from 1st day till now. Even an owner also won't so hard working follow day to day, and leave so much comments here. 😆 My account was created on Nov 2019, which is the date i start looking for property. And active in Trion thread start from Aug, which is the time I start eyeing on this project.Really need to pm you my booking form and SPA to convince you? Cuz you are really annoying weh. How many times need to explain to you? |

QUOTE(icemanfx @ Oct 8 2020, 04:45 PM) Yah they should. But for now, kpkt are yet to imply the penalty. So, I don't see any reason the developer will update the data regularly. However, i really hope the kpkt will penalize them la, so we as the buyer can have a true transparent data on the project sales. |

QUOTE(tingthinking14 @ Oct 8 2020, 05:20 PM) FYI, developer is required to submit every quarter of the year (every end of march, june, sept & dec) and for the "transparent data" i dont think we the public should actually be able to see it since kpkt website does not have the link to such sales report. This link directed to the sales report is probably for their internal use and not for public (which somebody found it probably by accident, bug or whatsover) Thanks for the clarification! |

QUOTE(honsiong @ Apr 26 2021, 09:29 AM) So I tried walking from Trion site to Chan Sow Lin LRT, the only possible route is through Jalan Satu - CSL, where you need to walk through this underpass with no lighting. No proper pedestrian zebra crossings either. 10 mins walk. There is one entrance beside the shop lots area.![]() Since they have < 10-20 units available, I guess it still sold very well, how many buyers have tried walking to LRT station themselves? |
