Many of us buying houses now may have a reference point of homes built in the 80s or 90s. So I imagine the current minimal designs of today will seem “luxurious”. Also, it’s a sell of course.

It is high class, and the highest class in bukit jalil. 3k rental in bkt jalil is consider high class - can't compare with klcc rental. Even Twin arkz rental generally slightly lower.

Neither are luxury...

Luxury projects do not have such high density...

Also... 800+ psf is luxury??? then those 1k++ psf are what?? even Lot 15 and Atwater are more expensive than the Park 2 or Park Sky Residence if you talk about price per square feet...

Setia Sky Seputeh where cheapest unit starts at RM2mil is what level??

Those 3-4k+ psf like Pavilion residences in KL or those KLCC area projects are what level??

Mercedes is wrong claiming itself to be a luxury carmaker...so is bmw, jaguar, audi, range rover etc. because there are Porsche, bentley, rolls etc. Get a life man

Chill bruv... just my honest opinion on my definition of luxury...

I know you own a dual key unit in this project so I get why you are so defensive...

But for the general audience... I just wanted to highlight what is typically construed as luxury when it comes to high-rise living...


Panorama Kelana Jaya RM650-700psf marketed themselve as affordable luxury....

Many property agents also would label a RM500psf or lower project as "luxury"....

Hack... even RUMAWIP also being labelled as luxury...

Pretty much every project that is not old condos or flats are self-proclaimed luxury these days.... so if you refuse to acknowledge what is actually deemed "luxury" then no point asking someone if your project is luxury because you are already living in a Pareidolia world... which means you would only hear what you want to hear...

It is not right to define luxury by comparing bkt jalil and klcc price per square feet as both locations and land prices are different. The materials, design etc given from The Park bkt jalil is luxury and better than many other places in klcc. I bet you have not step into the The Park 2 for viewing. Nevertheless, generally bkt jalil price are slightly higher than surrounding KL areas such as old klang road, cheras etc.

Just wonder what actually made you keep comparing pavillion residence with the park bkt jalil? Maybe under your subconscious they are near for comparison? Logically we won't compare a far different level product right, unless they are both near and worth for comparison. If u really think the park not comparable with pavilion residence, u won't want to keep taking two of them for comparison.

The park consider luxury residential at Bukit Jalil but not at KL city centre. Mercedes c 300 second hand 100k , Honda civic 100k for brand new, but Mercedes still consider luxurious compare Honda civic even is second hand. Know the different ?

What are you even talking about??

I'm just giving you an example of what is typically construed as "luxury" when it comes to high rise living...

Pavilion Residence is always one of the project that comes to mind for most people because you know... it is literally one of the top 5 most expensive project in Malaysia PSF... I could also mention Ritz-Carlton Residence... Bayan Tree... those are all luxury projects...

You argued about "Spec" and "Design".... you do know luxury apartment uses italian marble flooring... bespoke tiles... and luxury branded fittings right??

Park 2 or Park Residence specs are by no means rumawhip or low end but it isn't luxury.... if you think laminated wood flooring... regular tiles... bravat toilet fittings... are luxury... then project like Lot 15 which uses Engineered Timber... granite tiles... TOTO toilet fittings (very high end fittings)... overall 300+ units with majority smaller units means Lot 15 is a super luxury project then??? In Lot 15 thread... I don't even see anyone.. even the owners dare claim it is a luxury project...hack... even projects like Setia Sky Seputeh where the cheapest unit starts at RM2mil... you also don't see them boasting about luxury like the pretentious owners of the park bukit jalil projects... which they often highlight that their projects are very grand... very luxury... as if someone who had never actually seen real luxury...


Again.. I am not comparing... I'm just saying what projects are deemed luxury and what is just pure owner's delusion...

Good one, kinda like. But I think only the tip top one in klcc is mercz, many others is hondax cityx.
