how much u try ONLINE top up AS1M?

If online top up on Mondays , I will do multiples 10K ,. All successful...
But on Fridays 1K or 3K sure rejected .........
gone with the wind all my s/c

Friday the people behind the system go sembahyang or weekend mood already?
Btw, this OL (online) topup, u think is done by the Maybank/Octopus people using the same system like the OTC teller or they terus put your subscription request to ASNB and let the PNB HQ do it?

one transaction how much it charge fees? success or fail also charge?

RM1.06. Yup. You will be charged regardless whether you successfully or you fail to top up.

interesting....once we top up online....how long it takes for us to know the status?

Last week , I did multiple of Online top up for ASIM before 10am

– to be exact 9 transaction ( Deno fr 1K – 10K ) via Optopus.

And on the same day -, lunch time , managed to OTC 5 multiple trax AS1M = RM20K

The next day , checked my optopus status ‘ guess what “

all my 9 tranx all “ Rejected “

can’t believe my eyes , thinking all would have “ Successful “ since afternoon still have units available .

so, my only conclusion is , all the ONLINE TOP UP tranx kept in a “ Pool ‘

& will be auto generated by the bank’s system

linked to ASNB server by “ midnite “ , auto ballot picked clients’ applications ( if units still available )

those unlucky ones like mine –kena tendang balik to the clients respective bank

the next day.

if that’s how the system works , not fair to those who subscribe Online with S/C & GST –

no priority at all .

The form is available at the ASNB branches or must download from the website?

hmmmm....so Over the counter is still a more reliable choice?

So if yvonne assumption correct, meaning everybody's subscription request all keep together for the day and send to ASNB at midnight. So that means topup online is grabbing those leftover units after ASNB close their OTC systems and those use by agent banks (3.30pm or 4pm). Hmm, interesting. And just now I have another assumption that somebody sit behind the system and try to grab unit for you just like OTC. So this maybe is human-less and all automatic done by computer.

@yvonne, i think ur case then because u already OTC grabbed so many units during your lunch, no more left when system process yours at midnight.
