QUOTE(yvonne2016 @ Feb 18 2016, 04:40 PM) Teller did 5 transactions, Did you have to take 5 different queue numbers in order to complete the transactions or just need take number one time and ask the teller to do multiple transactions for you? Just curious, how long did you have to spend at the bank?1K , 1K, 3K, 5K , 10K, ( I closed my eyes for the last transaction ). She is very helpful. |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Feb 29 2016, 02:09 PM) all those account that have been upgraded to new system have 1 account number. Aiyo I wish the agent explained this to me more clearly from the beginning. I had to visit them so many times to get this fixed. During my last visit, the teller even printed my new address on a piece of paper and sticked to my passbook. He told me system will later be updated to reflect this change. After checking with a different agent recently, I found out that the ASx system is not updated with my new address. So today I visited the agent again.your ASW & ASB2 acc number should be tally. if not tally, u should go to asnb branch. banks can't do much to help u. it's asnb fault & they needed to solve it This post has been edited by audy: Feb 29 2016, 03:41 PM |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Mar 2 2016, 12:53 PM) I went PNB KL this morning to settle both matters. Because of the account ID not the same, the system is showing Tidak Layak for ASW and ASB2 trust declarations. Only ok for ASB. The officer said the agent didnt do the process correctly when updating my address for ASB2 and renewing my ASW book. This two causing me problem now. Anyway I filled in the form for Trust Declaration. The officer said he will settle the matter with that ASBN agent bank. He asked me to go home as this cannot be completed today so he will send me the contract once done. He even said he will personally deliver the doc to me. Keeping my fingers crossed that can be solved. This post has been edited by audy: Mar 2 2016, 04:09 PM |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Mar 2 2016, 04:12 PM) guess the agents staff is newbie. that's why make mistake Yeah, now I recalled that 2-3 young officers handled my request on that day. They must be trainees as I never seen them before in that branch and I dont see them there anymore. So unlucky for me.good to hear the officer will deliver to u. normally we needed to pick up ownself at the office |

You all got so much bullets. Envy..
I've been splitting my bullets between asb and asw but i think i better concentrate on asb until it is full. Thinking whether i shld close my as1m or not since i never top up. Balance also not much. |
