I try not to bother my contact with details but you can safely assume that when I post, #1 would normally have at least 6 digits if not more

Maybank told me that they can't open new account except when the fund first launch. They said it need to be done at asnb. Really?

Not true. See first page on places to try opening. (higher chance)

Finally tried ASNB, Shah Alam today.
Found the place after 2nd attempt. Parking place problematic. Many park at road side with police traffic placing fine ticket. After in/out 2x, I stopped and asked the police traffic where to park if no parking place and was directed to housing area at the other end.
Only small ASNB counter here & long q.
But managed to get ASM finally.!! with $100 only. It's good enough as I can make all the deposit later.
Failed to top up ASW2020 there and managed to change home address together as banks are unable to process change of address.
Wanted to process 'pengisytiharan amanah' but super long Q and it's a small waiting room upstair with no fan/ A/C.

Everyone , thank you for your input. I'm super happy now and will have to make extra effort to save more in coming days.

Try ASNB. Higher chance. No luck with banks at my area.

lazy bank staff! They can open, that juz it's take a lot of work & documentation.. Try go another branch..

On my way home, I stopped by bank and managed to top up a little bit for ASM & ASW.
I'm very happy.

The guy from Maybank said he can't do anything...
I try again tomorrow!

finally u have asm acc for asw, yes there's limited units. Some insider posted info today morning. AS1M have the most units..
