I tried 4x today at 3 places and staff tried to key in all different amount but finally managed to get 5 digits ASW before end of day.

ASNB maybe the only place one can view availability of units as the staff told me she saw $4000 'disappeared' from the screen.
So far, during my 1 week 'hunting' game, meeting the right staff (banks/ ASNB) are very crucial in one's transaction besides availability of units.

My place far from ASNB but I was lucky to meet a very nice lady today at the counter. Spent my waiting time <1hour, chit chatting with the security staff there.
Luckily there are many agent banks in my area that I can pick and choose where to try my luck topping up, 2-3x/day. Must try many times until hit target.

I've just discovered a BIG error in my old AWS 2020 book. I didn't update the passbook from 1999- 2005 and all the dividends are missing.

Is it possible to recover the $$ lost after so many years? I'll have to go to ASNB tomorrow.
Sleepless night for me now knowing about it.
