i dun think seeing bottom part can know is copper or alu cos some high end even haven alu base color but indead is a copper base...

Does anybody here got any problem with AMD 64 X2 4000+ reading temperature? I'm using Biostar Hardware Monitor software its stated my CPU 29'C, and this after I pump up 0.12V = (1.344V) with 2.87Ghz

i use Speedfan and offset it to almost the same as the temperature reading in Bios.... my Gigabyte temperature monitoring software gives too low CPU temperature.
