I always use divider to OC my processor due to my RAM cannot go high , using 2.6v and 2.5-3-3-8 . Now i found one problem . I tried to turn off my processor fan to try maximum temperature my processor can stand ( hand itchy ) . Until 57C blue screen shows up but i think overheated processor should directly turn off the PC ( BIOS set to 60C & 70C same result ) . Later i found out the RAMs very hot ( normally processor fan blow to RAMs ) . So , is it possible the RAMs are causing BS or it's already the processor's limit ?

QUOTE(Kenny4820 @ Aug 4 2007, 10:14 PM) I'm here to ask is there any cheap yet effecient yet cool heatsink for 939 socket? new to OC, and find that stock heatsink cant do much, got any idea? how is your stock heatsink fan doing (current load temperature) ? try AC Freezer64 main attraction is quiet operation , mild performance and low price price is over RM100 a-bit , please check Garage Sales & Bulk Order section . QUOTE(Kenny4820 @ Aug 5 2007, 12:23 AM) haha, nice welcome, hmmm, for now my cpu temperature is like 50C in idle and 54C in load, the tcase is 57C only, hmmm, how good is the performance of AC Freezer 64 compare to stock heatsink, reduce temeperature by ? last time i borrow a Freezer64 non-Pro 2 heatpipes ( with Pro is newer version , 3 heatpipes ) from my friend . idle is 25C ( clean the dust + white thermal paste from TT) load is 30+ but below 40C running speed is 2.66GHz (295 X 9 , 1.4V)

QUOTE(Kenny4820 @ Aug 5 2007, 10:56 PM) i thought the paste comes with the hs, not together? i borrow from a friend , so the original thermal paste is already "ruin-ed" feel better put a new layer .
