Does anybody here got any problem with AMD 64 X2 4000+ reading temperature? I'm using Biostar Hardware Monitor software its stated my CPU 29'C, and this after I pump up 0.12V = (1.344V) with 2.87Ghz

Need some advice over my new received RMA HD 6790
I just received my RMA card yesterday apparently, after install it into my system, the temp seems abit high please refer to the attachment. FYI: I just reapply new thermal paste ( Shin-Etsu ) I have open the side panel of my casing, to enhance the airflow. still with no avail... GPU running stock...
