I wish crab-car would follow the same things.
If wait too long, also cannot simply cancel otherwise driver cancellation rate goes up....later kena suspended

Rider got problem...driver kena pulak.

what to do, it is rider who pay the commission fee to Grab/ Uber, not driver. Suck it up bro bruce.gif

It matters of time before Uber will remove the cancellation fee just like they removed the waiting time into the fare

I don't think they will remove it, i saw Uber driver was applause with the timer feature (just newly added)

And rumors saying Uber trying to raise rate to reduce their subsidize in near future, with the new management I believe they will shift to right track.

Shall see, if it is true, then, it good news for drivers....but, don't forget Uber is operating in duo-poly in Malaysia, and riders nowadays are price sensitive and they is very little differentiation between both Grab and Uber service (used to be only they want a reliable ride, which win hands down against taxi), so, any unilateral fare adjustment, the riders will shift to Grab (and Grab is going strong by days).

Currently, everytime I open both apps, both fare is farely comparable, differences also less than RM0.50.

This and the fare structure sucks. No longer count by minute or distance since it's upfront fare. I've disputed with support because their help article stated otherwise but it's always another automatic template.

my happened the same too.

are you using the same email for rider and driver account?

if so, that can be a problem.

as for your phone number, mine was put in america and my car is not allowed to drive in KL. this is because it is more than 10 years old.

so now.... i'm on Grab and raking a good rating of 4.88 so far. smile.gif Uber lost a good driver ady.

Suspected gaming. Whether you did or not, sendiri know. But for them to withheld the payment means their fraud detection flagged it already.

Suggest you go to the PSC and find out.
