My 2 cent advice, whenever received pickup at the location, call your riders (unless u bad luck, riders use international number  )

More than 15 mins, or more than 5 km = no accept.
If accidently accepted the trip due to b2b, tell the rider to cancel.

That's what I will do from now onwards.

Quest bonuses keep decreasing everytime you achieve.
They really thought that the bonus is a lot is it ?
After Raya, can tell Uber to screw themselves, I am signing for Grab.

One of the uber staff suggest this to me as well.

But not all driver has the unlimited call plan....some driver also uncomfortable to make call when cars are moving...

Yup, fully agree with you. For any full time driver, every single cent is money, and safety is paramount (risk of accident or kena saman) But, after some experience, you will know which area are "problematic" which either it's better for you to call or do not accept the request.

Can't listen or believe 100% of what uber staff said one lah, sorry to said it, I doubt anyone of them, or majority of them never been Uber driver themselves, maybe as Uber riders. They will never understand the predicament or issues with Uber drivers themselves. They should go down the field, becoming Uber driver themselves to understand the daily issues Uber drivers facing, but, doubt they will do that, too proud.

After all, Uber was founded by someone who is frustrated that could not get a taxi ride himself during peak hours, while noticing many empty private vehicle (who incidentally he recently got asked to resigned  ). Ok, enough of off topic, later TS come reprimand me

just wait till you join Grab. Grab more worse, no cancellation fee if rider no show. but yeah, their fare is better, it's just that their rider quality is not as good as Uber

with only 15 seconds for you to decide, it's hard to see the location from the marker right?

Errr.....even last time they don't show address right? Only tell you where the location, i.e. what taman or where, and how many minutes away (which rather inaccurate anyway, coz it use straight line, rather than route towards there  , i.e. can be across the road which show less than 1 min, but, it a 3 lane highway both side, so, you need detour 5km in front that will take 20 min).

Favourite spot is Amoda/ Imbi Plaza, when you are at Berjaya Times Square. Worst still, some newbie riders, just pin, instead of keyed in the location, and request it inside building, where the apps will show Amoda Plaza/ Imbi Plaza, but, actually, they are at Berjaya Times Square. Imagine after the long detour, they told you they at Berjaya Times Square. Another detour, unless they willing to cross the road (either way, high potential low rating again), but, problem is can't wait long there, and lots of taxi there too

Last time always kena from riders because of this, complained why take so long to reach them, while apps show less than 1 min ETA. Even some after calling them, they still unhappy, scolding, usually I just cancelled it off, no point picking up grumpy riders where you don't even know where the journey will take you, most probably 1 star rating and most important, the journey won't be pleasant.

I just dun like grabshare thats the only reason i dun join grab

me too... and also don't like;
1. their app which the icon is not embedded on the navigation page, which makes it very troublesome whenever you wanna do the switching.
2. feel stressful also as need to remember all the toll amount that pass through.
3. can't they make the pay out simple like uber? why need credit balance la and don't know what wallet la that need to top up....

Mine one is two tier, first tier is 21 trips, second tier is 54..rm2.xx per trip

Weekend one just receive....rm3.xx per trip

Ok lah....May be I am too greedy. LOL

yesterday 5hrs>16 trips>RM 91
today 5hrs>8 trips>RM97 and ended in kajang and empty car back to subang.
ngam ngam hit the 2nd tier weekend quest for RM90.
tomorrow going to rest

the quest and boost will show on your uber app's dashboard under promotion. just click on promotion and it will show. they will tell you how many trips you need to drive in order to earn the quest incentive. i believe different drivers will have different tier of incentives.
