I was so busy in the office today and never had the chance to write a complaint. I will probably do it tonight or tomorrow.

Just now UOB called me and I thought the lady called to follow up on my complaint regarding slow VOX cash back. Who knows, she wanted to offer me a PRVI card and said all AF will be waived.

I said no thanks and I don't want this card. shakehead.gif

the cashback is really slow for this time..
been waiting since 1st march

maybe they will say it is slow coz only 29 days in february.. lol

I heardfrom uob staff they getting most commission from this card. That's y so hard sell this card now.

Already 10 days since my uob application. Still no news. Anyway, when I was applying for the vox, they say if I apply for the priv can get free bag. Ask me cancel after 6 month so they get commission. Haha...

Hi guys,

I just received a call from UOB 03-2783 2399 this morning regarding some kind of credit shield plus benefit for the UOB credit cards

Have anyone heard of this benefit before? Is it good? They said they will charged RM0.65 per RM100 outstanding amount.

I rejected them regarding this benefit though since im not sure about it.

this is like a insurance to cover your outstanding balance.

in case you died suddenly, the insurance will pay for your outstanding balance.

I wonder if a person died, i think no one is legally responsible to pay the CC balance. Why bother to protect the bank?
Even I write a will saying all my 100% savings/assets goes to person B, this person B does not need to take my liabilities. No?

I didnt hear back about the card approved also. Maybe later in the week i check back with uob people. Last Friday I check they didnt even have the application in system yet also after 1 week. Very slow. Someone mention here that can get up to 3 weeks. So I wont hold my breath for it to come anytime soon sweat.gif
