It's a good card la actually, for my usage better than CIMB CR but the cash back date really sucks.

By the way, the CS Manager just called me and had a lengthy conversation with me. They have officially received the complaint from BNM today and he has spoken to the Product Manager regarding this.
I told him I cannot accept a big bank like UOB has this kind of unreliable system and he said it is due to the ad-hoc promos they had earlier which I suspected is the 20% cash back thingy. Long story short, cash back for January will be credited by tomorrow and if I still can't see it posted on Thursday, I will straight call to this guy. I have his name already.
It is their system problem and asked us to be patient and I said, be patient for another few more years? I told him though I'm new to this card, only hold it since last August but I know this card is already in the market for few years. Are you telling me this problem wasn't happening previously? Only started after I hold it? Am I that unlucky? Oh well, or probably they haven't met a nasty customer like me before.

So guys, just wait till tomorrow.
