just called cs. then they claim utilities is not eligible for cashback 5%
then i ask then how come even 0.3% of rebate for retail purchases is not there? then they silent.. and say will follow up back with me in 4 working days |

So guys, just wait till tomorrow. apparently my intention was to complain regarding the january cash back not credited yet. then the CS brought it up that tnb not eligible for cashback.. |
