QUOTE(christie_ang @ Apr 13 2016, 11:10 AM) I'm existing UOB card holder. Just gave a call to the CS to apply for UOB VOX card. CS told me apply through agent will take up to 2 weeks to process. Since I'm existing customer, I'll get my card by next week and they got no issue to send to my office! Haiz... Fellow forumers are posting a different message from what the CS told me. This UOB, sendiri also cannot make sure they practice what they preached.

QUOTE(victorywp @ Apr 9 2016, 02:25 PM) you may try to pay for all the transactions incurred after the af is charged. then call to ask for cancellation and insist that you will not pay for the af. if they cancel, then you don't have to pay the af. if they don't cancel, they will probably waive it or counter offer you with af discount. QUOTE(karcity @ Apr 9 2016, 09:27 PM) hi guys thanks for your reply. they just called me that they will waive the AF for 3 years. why can't they just waive it during the first call. problematic.

I believe the first call was with CS while the retention department called you, they are the only one who can offer you AF waiver, not CS.
