Yes, entitled for 5.3% rebate. Just paid mine on Feb and got rebate at the end of March.

Just got my Vox card from branch last week as well.
According to CS, it is their policy as this is your first Uob card.

I had the same encounter. Applied VOX and was told to collect from branch.
I told them to cancel my application.

my first UOB card was posted to my home. i got two card from them at once. vox and priv

I got mine AF for one platinum waived.

01/03 AF charged in statement
17/03 call CS for waiver. CS said cannot, but I insist or I will cancel the card. CS said she submit the waiver
application
23/03 AF waived

Last year also same, charged and waived. Therefore, request CS to submit application for waiver, if CS don't said don't want help to submit, then call again, t could be different CS answer your call, request again, should have one CS submit for you.

I applied thru website and agent contacted me too. VOX card was sent to my home.

weird..i simply ask them send to my office..

and my pref plat lost, ask them send again to office..no problem at all

Actually, UOB has no problem sending to home, office or branch. They are being kind as courier will not normally hand credit card packages to 3rd parties.

credit card is being sent with normal post all the time for most of my 10x cards... very rarely they will use poslaju which require signature.

in uob case they also use regular post

I requested my VOX card to be sent to my office address yet it was sent to my hometown address using Poslaju. Nobody was at home and I complained, they re-routed it to my office address. My recent PIN & Pay VOX replacement card was sent with no hassle to my office address via Poslaju too.

When I applied UOB One in 2014 which I held for few months and cancelled it was sent to my office address on first attempt.

Well, according to the card officer spoken to me just now, all new cards must be collected at branch after thumb print verification. This is a new policy implemented this year.

i just received my lady platinum cc on end of march and my uob vox cc on yesterday sent to my office's address using normal post...

I just got mine last two weeks, Poslaju for me.

yep, same here. first uob card, vox. verified thumbprint and register online banking at the branch.

which branch will it be? based on the address you register or workplace address?
