Just got my Vox card from branch last week as well.
According to CS, it is their policy as this is your first Uob card. QUOTE(one punch man @ Apr 11 2016, 11:04 PM) is't confirm can only collect uob credit card at their branch? cannot request post to home or office address? the uob agent who called and verified my application told me so... this is troublesome...all my other cc: maybank, citibank, cimb, hlb no such issue, they posted to home i applied vox card thru uob website, agent contacted me thru email and submitted all docs thru email. |

QUOTE(ieverythings @ Apr 8 2016, 09:01 PM) hi thanks for your reply. Sorry that i'm not understand. Currently the AF appears on my Mar'16 statement and now i'm still using the CC and definitely there are bills on next Apr'16 statement. So does it mean i need to pay the AF ? I got mine AF for one platinum waived. 01/03 AF charged in statement 17/03 call CS for waiver. CS said cannot, but I insist or I will cancel the card. CS said she submit the waiver application 23/03 AF waived Last year also same, charged and waived. Therefore, request CS to submit application for waiver, if CS don't said don't want help to submit, then call again, t could be different CS answer your call, request again, should have one CS submit for you. |

Actually, UOB has no problem sending to home, office or branch. They are being kind as courier will not normally hand credit card packages to 3rd parties.

I requested my VOX card to be sent to my office address yet it was sent to my hometown address using Poslaju. Nobody was at home and I complained, they re-routed it to my office address. My recent PIN & Pay VOX replacement card was sent with no hassle to my office address via Poslaju too.
When I applied UOB One in 2014 which I held for few months and cancelled it was sent to my office address on first attempt. |

Well, according to the card officer spoken to me just now, all new cards must be collected at branch after thumb print verification. This is a new policy implemented this year.in uob case they also use regular post |
