last time they didt waive my AF, i was quite besong about it

but i still have uniringgit inside, so just used it until next year, if they didt waive for me again, will terminate it since i have VOX already

They won't reply anything mention waiving AF, but reply will submit for AF application for management approval.
So wait and see for next month statement whether success or not lor. Can check my previous post on this thread

using vox nobody reported yet. but using aeon big, yes, someone received the cb under its online category. most probably vox will be same too.

Let's have a healthy discussion here as it is not always to hear something from the CC sales side.

I believe sales staffs are aware that there is always possibility when they provide extra gift from their own pocket to bump up sales. Personally, I have even been told by sales staff that I can cut the card if I don't want to use it.

Perhaps, instead of offering gifts, you guys feedback to the product department on offering attractive cards, and marketing department on ways to attract customers.

how long minimum the user need to keep the card in order for uob sales person get the commission?

Hi guys, I've received my UOBOne and VOX cards today and its my first cc. But strangely they have charged annual fee to me already. Any idea what is the cause?

Is UOB a good bank? In terms of customer services, their frequency of having special promotions for discounts/gifts in the market and so on.

I plan to sign up their UOB VOX. But willing to hear your all feedback on regarding to that.

After charged and it will be waived, wait few more days for the waiver transaction if not then have to call CS to check

he is sales staff only leh... his work is to achieve the sales target set for him. product designing and marketing side not related to him already. his cable need to be very strong if you expect his voice can be heard until the hq for product design and marketing lol...
