Damn... UOB call center very hard to call nowadays... My chip can't use.. Wanna ask for replacement.. Now they don't pick up.. Morning call night call all not picked up.. So they want me to cancel or keep in drawer? Last time I call UOB, easily first call could reach CS team.. Now act like government agency. Damn.. Soon my AF coming..

I was being charged of annual fee almost Rm179 on my UOB One Card, called to CS to nego for waiver. After few days, called again to check the result, request of waiver not approved, reason being my spending not high enough and not enough Smart$ earned.

Actually how bank determine as online transaction? Have to try and error?
I have some books want to order from Kinokuniya webstore. Below is some of my previous physical swipe and online charge on my alliance younique card. The description was slightly different, BOOK STORES vs BOOKSTORE I wonder if i used vox on the webstore able to get 5% Physical swipe : RM0.00 ABMB: There was a Credit/Debit Card transaction at KINOKUNIYA BOOK STORES for MYR 38.00. Please call the Bank if it was not authorised. Online charge: RM0.00 ABMB: There was a Credit/Debit Card transaction at KINOKUNIYA BOOKSTORE for MYR 118.44.
