I just received the card near end of Feb. Only 1 transaction which is the posonline in Feb month. I will check for this few day to confirm if it really not entitle for cash back

I help to check my sister vox unbilled transaction, there is no rebate in for TNB via payonline transaction on Feb.

In fact TNB payment via payonline will show as Tenaga National Berhad in the statement, is that correct? It should give rebate for that, right?

I remember if using other card in payonline. Description will show as uobpayonline, instead of the payee name.

Could it be Uob Vox has excluded bills payment via UobPayonline from getting cb? Maybe they have realized this loophole and patched it up?

I have not used my VOX to pay UOBPayOnline stuff recently and I can't find any statement. If I'm not mistaken, it will show as TNB.

I did pay to my UniFi via OCC UniFi in Feb and got my cash back.

HLB and PBB both showing e.g. PAYONLINE-TNB, is that shown on your statement?
If UOB VOX no longer have cb, I'll drop this card

Then it could be a delay for you. I have received my cash back for UniFi paid via OCC UniFi in March cash back. So no worries for the rest I supposed.

So thats mean uob is not posting cashback for all card member in the same time? Some get delay and some get early.

I thought it will be credit to all card member in one shot

No delivery via email. At least for my case, I haven't received any online statement via email if I recall correctly.
Only check via its portal.

It is supposed to be the same date for all but last cash back or last last cash back did have some delays. Mine was not delayed.

Mine also not yet credited in for this month CB.
