Well, what if you purchase stuff? You can't be paying more than they ask right? VOX is not only about paying bills. In fact, I don't use this card to pay my bills unless I have maximized my Wise and if it's urgent to pay.

I use VOX mainly for bill payment smile.gif

Not sure why the FAQ states that but in actual fact, PosOnline does charge 2%.

What do you mean by "then it's more than 3.99% PA"? How to calculate?

For RM13k, period 1 year.
I thought it should be like below, no?

13000 + (13000 x 0.0399) = 13518.7

Then 13518.7 / 12 = 1126.55 per month for 12 months

Of course, the monthly repayment figures would be rounded.

Not like this meh?
*
If I borrow 13000, and I return 13518.70 after one year, then this is 3.99% PA.
But I need to return the money every month. Make it simple, 13000/12 = 1083.34. The first month I borrow 13000, after I pay 13518.70, then the second month I only borrow 11916.66.
Just like car loan compare to housing loan. 3.99% for housing loan is cheap, but 3.99% for car loan is very high.

Campaign cash credit is the monthly 5% cash back lo.
Also, why did you include your March transactions into the calculation?
You should dig out all your Feb transactions la. This statement only has one on 23rd Feb, how about from 1st to 22nd Feb, any other transactions?

Then, you will need to find out with CS, how was it calculated. Well, if you said you only had one transaction in Feb, then clearly you got more but bank is not stupid too. There must be something somewhere. laugh.gif

Sometimes it is early, sometimes it is late.
I expect it to be early these days because I made a nasty complaint to BNM and copied UOB.
There are two Managers from UOB contacted me via call and email to fix this up. They promised this will be taken care and will be improved.

Yes, for Feb transactions.

0.3% cash back will only appear together in your statement. It will be shown as "cash rebate".
Yeah, that was mentioned in the T&C but I did receive even if it is below RM 5.
Please bear in mind, the 0.3% is based on your last statement's transactions. So you could only see it in your second statement.

Yes. First to the last day of the month.
If you check out your statement, UOB has no posting date, all is transaction dates.
Posting date only shows in unbilled transactions.

btw, if you want to check posting date, can check via
Banking & Account >Account Summary> Credit Card > Select your CC >
>Account Statement Enquiry > Select any period (Current statement /Last statement / custom period) > Submit

posting is needed for checking foreign transaction rate.

Hi everyone, I am new to the UOB VOX card, as I always shop online, so I thought it'll be a good card for me.
But I'm so confused by the 5% cash back thing. So far I only used this card for one month, from 23 Feb till now. The statement is billed from 23 till 02 Mar.
I spent RM1001.99 online, but then today, I got a CAMPAIGN CASH CREDIT, which is RM36.41, I don't know how can I get this amount counted out. I tried every way, RM1k isn't suppose already entitle the full RM50 cash back per month? @__@"

More details:

- 23 Feb RM130.63
- 25 Feb RM90.50
- 28 Feb RM306.72
- 29 Feb RM275.48
- 01 Mar RM69.66
- 02 Mar RM129
TOTAL - RM1001.99
- 28 Mar Campaign Cash Credit RM36.41??

Unbilled
- RM185
