Was a good card, but after implemented the 2 tier cash back straight went cancelled it smile.gif

Mine about 2-3 weeks, can't really remember the exact duration.

Yes online. If through agent need to apply 2 UOB cards in order to get the luggage and need to go to the booth.

mine exactly 2 weeks: callback from uob agent (after submit online request) until collecting card at branch.

if not mistaken, 2nd yr onwards AF - no such thing like 12 swipe waive AF, right? it doesn't mentioned at their website at all, so i think need to call to request waive AF, and subject to them to waive for u or not..

5% can be anytime between end to early of the month. on statement date should be the 0.3%

Are you sure that is 5%? It is the 0.3% cash back. smile.gif
Also, for 5% cash back should be posted by end of following month, it is just that it is always delayed by UOB.
