bought some gopro accessories from 11th street. Seller advertised shipping within 2 working days. Seller given tracking number on the first day. But now its been 4 working days haven't received any items. Tracking number also cannot use. Called courier company they said that tracking number does not exist. How many days i have to wait before i tag it as non arrival?

caution on buying stuff from gemfive...here's the quick one on what happened..
My cousin placed an order ( some computer stuff ) in nov 2015. Item was out of stock. Cs email her asking her banking detail for refund purpose. She replied back the same day and received an confirmation email from gemfive. Unfortunately until now gemfive keep delaying the refund for no stated reason. She called up kpdnkk to inquire about filling her case with e-Tribunal. The officer himself told her no surprise cos there is a already a handful of case filed against gemfive. After she filed in her case and warn me about her experience....i have completely stop patronizing gemfive already. I had spend over RM5-6k previously and put it a stop now...  Note : btw gemfive had already revised their terms on refunds ( longer period of refund now d  ). pls read it before commit any purchase from gemfive. |

Just got a call from courier asking direction to my house The order is still at processing btw So overall it took almost 19 days for my order Now just waiting for the phone to be shipped now. |

wohoo, received water heater from G5 yesterday after more than two weeks of waiting. although the web status still in processing. Really can't track at all neither through webpage or their CS, their CS check but never reply one, maybe they want give you some surprise.
Btw this item is from seng heng. I'm wondering why the delivery time so long maybe due to G5 are new or their payment is suck. the invoice I received shown that they are paid by check Anywhere will buy again for non-urgent's item + Big discount, since they are from Hong leong group so can be trusted. Gemfive is really a nightmare. I ordered printer epson L455 from them on 7 january 2016, and waited patiently until last week still got nothing from them, and i started to call them to ask the update, and call after call, same answer given, just need to wait and wait for supplier to send. Yesterday i cl again, still same answer, they said they will ask from supplier. today i cl again, suddenly said supplier dont have stock and might need to refund back. farking piss me off, after 3 weeks of waiting, call after call, only now they told me they dont have it. this is nightmare and the worst online buying experience that i ever encountered. so dissapointed.

For TV as monitor stuff, tried before with my own 1080p TV la. Basically, as long as Desktop, Laptop can output in HDMI, then the text will be as sharp, 1080p resolution, 60hz. Could anyone pls enlighten me abt Zalora returns? Eg. my invoice has 2 items - RM40+RM90, thus entitled for free shipping. If I want to return the RM90 item, do I get back the full RM90 or they'll deduct shipping charges since my RM40 item alone will not get free shipping in the first place?

Lousiest online shopping site is 11street. Lousy coupon system and major disappointment on how they handle orders.
I made an order on 29 Jan 16 (L'oreal product) Email to CS, they replied: "We apologies for the shipping delay. We had highlight your issue to respective seller to ship the item as soon as possible. If the seller still not respond, you may request to cancel the order for refund process. " Best they just took my money and show "Payment Complete" in the order status. Already 14 days nothing happen. No more next time 11street. |

Make your purchase wisely , please do compare prices when you purchase online , among all other online shopping website , I highly recommend you 11street as the amount you pay after deduct with (coupon + shopping cart + credit ) will be the lowest.
