The good thing about lazada, more friendly after sales & easier to trace order. Gemfive use local courier which some unknown company. However, overall Gemfive give more discounts than lazada. I also got some problem before with online shopping b4 especially fake products & refund process. But rare case. It not stop me to buy anything online. However, be extra careful & read customer review (if review for that product not available, read review for other product from same seller).
