I find that their facebook is actually more responsive..

Send them a PM and give all your order details.. get feedback and follow ups..

but if your item is urgent.. really dont recommend to buy from them.. cause if u get a crap supplier then you are doomed..

haha.. but if kena good one.. then ok lor.. super quick..

but their discounts have been quite decent so far..
