Lousiest online shopping site is 11street. Lousy coupon system and major disappointment on how they handle orders.

I made an order on 29 Jan 16 (L'oreal product)

Email to CS, they replied: "We apologies for the shipping delay.

We had highlight your issue to respective seller to ship the item as soon as possible.

If the seller still not respond, you may request to cancel the order for refund process. "

Best they just took my money and show "Payment Complete" in the order status. Already 14 days nothing happen. No more next time 11street.

I gave up 11street unless very good deal.

Yeah I thinking to get Redmi Note 3 but not knowing who the seller kinda turn me off. Why is Gemfive hiding the seller info?

actually I am hesitated to wait for Ori set or grab the AP unit because HLB card holder is giving 20% discount.
Personally I prefer ori set, lazy to deal with phone shop for warranty issues (if any)

ordered a table fan on 21 Mar, on the 10th day still not arrive, I emailed to Gemfive CS and they replied "it is stated there 7-14 days" please wait till 8th April.
OK, so what will happen if by 8th April item not arrive? You refund my money plus interest?

And what can we do if the unit arrive later is AP set? Did anyone screen captured the listing? I checked my order detail, no mention is Malaysia set.

looks like this time we got played out by G5.
I suspect from the beginning they don't even have that many stocks. Keep releasing few units every now and then just to create hype and traffics to their website.
And now they can just cancel or void orders without giving any reason.

For valid orders made on 6/4, pray hard today will see status update to "Shipped" since it was stated on shipping on 8/4.
