originally, sizes were 50, 58, 65.

after 2 years, the 58 was replaced by 60.

but there could be units still available.

this ue630x series may be phased out soon, to be replaced by ua6800x series.

to catch the last great offer, prices... best u visit the store or find online to be up to date.

Oh Thanks.

So, the 60 model is the replacement model for 58 in this year?

I found the stands of 60 cannot be fitted to my cabinet, are the stands adjustable?

Thanks for your reply.

58->60, that's what is seen on their official website.

stands non adjustable.

to be sure-sure u dun miss anything, best u go check stores physically.

if 60 cannot fit yr cabinet, i doubt 58 will.

maybe 50 will.

Just got my new unit 2 days ago. So far satisfied with my unit. However, not able to get KODI to be functional yet. Also noticed motion blur for high paced dance movement. Is this normal guys or i need to change the settings or something? The manual is pretty basic for installation and etc only.

Thanks. wink.gif

Thanks for replying... got Kodi nstalled and completed the addons however not appearing in Kodi homescree however could be due to poor wifi connection. Will try again once i get my unifi 30Mbps.

For the motion blur, played 4k video songs from youtube. Once the singer moves in the music video fast it looks like there is a lag / drag effect. Is this normal? Settings at default mode.

kodi is an androidtv approved app, it should appear on homescreen once u install it.

what speed r u on now?

if <30mbps, u won't get 4k youtube videos properly.

50mbps or higher, u get all of them! biggrin.gif

It shouldnt be.

Try a different hdmi cable, diff hdmi slot.

But, yes... get new box, new sources.... 2160p videos will come out very well.

that price is pretty low... must be std deal, no extra warranty of freebies.

this tv is great if u want 4k and androidtv.

no HDR... do u need it?

the player USB player is rather limited, can't read big HDDs or complex files... but ok for smaller files.

searching the online stores, this ue630x is no more there.

new ua6800x probably has arrived in the stores.

Warranty is the standard 2 years, with freebies of a sharp cloud smarthome system.

Thats why my only concern is the HDR & the model being an old one.

This USB player being limited is a hardware issue?

I'm guessing this is a good buy compared to the LG U630T, too tempted with the cheaper price of LG for just RM2399 (55")

Thank you.

Those with unifi....

I just checked IFLIX... looks like they will not extend the free period after 31.12.17.

So, 3 weeks left to use it, if u wish! biggrin.gif

The 360/480 video quality coming out on this tv is decent due to upscaling.

And yes, Iflix has made it to the androidtv playstore, u can find it there.

Hi, I believe the TV native resolution of Android is 1080p. So, if I play a 4K video from the TV using installed KODI, Netflix and YouTube, will I get 4K resolution video (or just descaled to 1080p)?

Thanks a lot!

Kodi... 4k... no... u get a green screen.... anyway, free 4k on kodi is rare or dun work at all... copyright issues.

Thanks.

I was reading Q10 Hi Media but the HDD slots only have 1. Any other brand can you suggest that have 2 HDD slots which now can play 2160p?

I doubt there is an androidbox with 2 hdd slots.

And, there are only a few boxes i know of having 1 slot.

Himedia q10pro can take a sata hdd up to 8tb.

Ya, read the himedia thread, i am using one, loving it everyday.

Whether old dvd or latest 2160p bdmv, works good.

2 or more hdd slots, think u should be considering a nas.

Or maybe the dunes have dual hdd slots... dunno... too expensive for me, never explored them.
