KLK is planning to have a 250k NLA malls at BSC targeted to be opening by end of 2025. Indeed good news for this corridor.

Hi everybody I am interested in buying house at Senna and Ixora Bandar Seri Coalfield. But there are few queries that I would like to clarify.
Q1. How's overall environment?
Q2. Does the area built with anti climb fence / security fence?
Q3. Does the area has guard house with CCTV system?
Q4. I heard a lot of criminal cases happened before. Is this real?
Q5. Did the area face any flooding issue before?
Q6. Does the area has termite problem?
