BSC is on higher terrain. The flooding during the last Selangor floods was infront of the mosque and furniture shop at the traffic light intersection to Eco Grandeur. No floods within BSC.

hii, is the flooding around the area a regular, prolonged occurence or just a once in a while (due to extreme weather)?

so far nearby BSC no flood issue after 'great' flood last year.. the river behind mosque/ furniture shop also has been widen..

if you coming from Latar/ Gutrie highway the road is ok.. but if u coming from Dash highway, Persiaran Mokhtar Dahari road is flooding for few hours last few days..

Jardin phase 2 has launched. Got some rebate for Early bird and Free MOT/ Loan stamp duty for early buyers
