I was told that the McD Drive Thru will be semi-attached to the mall and will be coming up and running by this year end, while the mall will have indoor and outdoor shop areas to be launched at a later date

There’ll be 2 drive through restaurants apparently. And the mall is only 2 storeys so not a very big mall I’m guessing.

Update: looks like the 2 drive through restaurants are confirmed to be McDonald’s and Starbucks. And anchor tenant is Village Grocer.

Good to know it's a small 2-storey mall. Just give us restaurants, grocer, Mr DIY, and maybe even a cinema it'll be more than sufficient for a neighborhood mall.

Too many new big malls nowadays ending up becoming ghost malls

Completely agree. Look at kipmall, not fancy, but has all the important stuff and is always crowded.

hello, i just do some survey hbscus 2 and 3 but idk which one is better, even hbiscus 3 is new but subsale price is almost same with hbscus 2. Is there resident from this 2 places, can share exp here interm of crime rate, flooding, water/ electric distrub, etc. confused.gif
also i notice no security here, is there any future plan to hire security? thnks

- Transport (from monthly RM220, can get contact from Tadika Sejati Ijok) : There’s an auntie who can pick your child from doorstep (Jardin) and send to SJKC Ijok, and send back to Tadika Sejati Desa Coalfields branch for afterschool daycare.
(if you choose Tadika Sejati at Ijok branch instead, the transportation fee should be lesser because very near to SJKC itself, less than 1km)

For those with young children and considering/buying BSC,  hope the above helps 😉

I am in the midst of buying Banyan 1 unit. Yes it is good catch! The house is huge, good price, practical design compared to shoe box design these day tongue.gif.

But I'm not sure why there is so much sub sale unit. I mean I can see Puncak Alam Saujana surrounding quite hot selling.

The first phase was so cheap back then. A lot bought and left it there, some irresponsible ones don’t even bother to cut the grass. Even now they sell below market value still make profit.
