I just received offer from this project - Hibiscus 3 and ask me to submit docs before 4 June 2018.

Just check with you all whether good to consider this project as I am currently stay at Kepong.

hii, is the flooding around the area a regular, prolonged occurence or just a once in a while (due to extreme weather)?

KLK is planning to have a 250k NLA malls at BSC targeted to be opening by end of 2025. Indeed good news for this corridor.
