Erm I would believe so but some people may not be that particular, especially when lands are becoming scarce at prime areas. |

I just bought house subsale at Oleander @ Bandar Seri Coalfields..
Checked few units in Bandar Seri Coalfields & I found Oleander design catch my heart...
Will move in by mid of June aft renovation complete..

For potential buyer who interested to place booking of KLK PROPERTY, here is my advise :
1. Find your Referral before place booking. Referrer detail MUST submit upon placing booking.
2. Find valid Referral which is existing KLK PROPERTY buyer .
3. So many buyer who already sign S&P and never heard about Referral benefit. SA will keep quiet if you don't ask. End up the just burn the benefit.
4. Referral 1% just only direct buy house from KLK SA but no for agent ...
I'm early bird buyer for Jardin Residences last year Jun2021 project,Those potential buyer who want to claim referral fees, kindly pm me. TQ
