This is not going to be a good choice if you are concern about security. There will be no RA when the house is just handed over. So how is the security at that time? Wait for another 1-2 years to form RA?

As a house buyer, we should be concern more about the security, not only guard house alone.

Guard house is a simple thing for the developer, they just need to build a "pondok" for you. We should ask the developer who will manage the security after VP. We can't wait for RA, RA will be be formed overnight.

On the other hand, you no need to worry about this in Jardin Residence. The developer require all purchasers to sign agreement to authorise them to appoint a security provider.

In most cases, developer will provide free security until RA is formed. The first year after VP usually.

BSC is quite some distance away from KL, and Jardin is not that cheap as well. I wonder why so many new Jardin owners make up their mind to buy here?

For those whom are working/doing business in the Northern Area of Selangor (Damansara, PJ, Puncak Alam, etc), BSC is considered a decent location in terms of the daily commuting.
