Its worth it compare to other nearby township with similar price range and built-up. Currently it might not be the best option in terms of location. But if you can wait, expect the location to be improve within a few years time.

I was quoted almost 800k  before rebate for type b in Jardin.
I was looking at Jardin and elmina ilham Rm912k (before rebates) fOr almost same sf, intermediate unit.
After rebate both projects cost +-700k.
I was contemplating to get duranta corner unit for 600k before nego which allow me to splurge on Reno.
What do you think ?
If I do get Jardin, would love to share referral fee..
