new double storey superlink (hampton) selling now is more expensive than subsale semi d (banyan2)...if u can accept older house structure like only 10ft ceiling height or more visible loading beam, banyan2 is quite a good buy now

Flood only affected the nearby the main entrance since there is the lowest ground for BSC (new entrance near KIPmall has opened last week)....
pity the masjid and the used car dealer on the opposite...

luckily the two retention ponds is working effective to prevent flooding BSC houses and shoplots.

If not mistaken the water only on the surface of the road, understandable as sites around the area still under construction.

Once all completed, hopefully the drain can handle heavy rain like last weekend.

those along the river (Sg Buloh) are badly hit during the flood...BSC area are all on higher ground so their houses not affected.
only the entry/exit near the Avatar junction was affected....there are still 4 exit allow resident to go out

Ya, it's more convenient now with the new entrance.

finally no need go all the way up and go to Senna/Ixora area, just turn that road junction and reach there in just few seconds...
