This is not going to be a good choice if you are concern about security. There will be no RA when the house is just handed over. So how is the security at that time? Wait for another 1-2 years to form RA?

BSC is quite some distance away from KL, and Jardin is not that cheap as well. I wonder why so many new Jardin owners make up their mind to buy here?
Any new owners mind to share?
