In term of distance to KL/PJ BSC and Eco Granduer is about the same,+- 5 minutes only. I can't comment on how the commute is like but depends on your tolerance. More than 45 mins during rush hour I guess.

The main difference is the type of house and whether you like strata or individual title. If want nice manicured environment go for Eco. If don't want to pay maintenance fee, just minimal security fee go for BSC.

In terms of population BSC definitely has way more than Eco. Plus there is school. In terms of security I’d say the premium houses in BSC are better than Eco. But Eco has nicer landscape and more developed commercial. In terms of house build quality, no need to compare. Eco has too many defect. So my advice is always stay in BSC and hang out in Eco, so I get best of both worlds

Wow nice..no wonder they launching Jardin phase 2 already. I believe the last 3 unit will be snap later for those not superstitious. How about Hamptons? Still have any semiD or superlink left?

Yea both similiar in build up and price. Location wise Elmina nearer to center Klang valley zone line Subang, PJ, Jardin nearer to Northen zone like Kepong, Damansara Utama area. Elmina has a flexible home design but very limited in their larger 2400-2600sq BU range, Jardin doesn't have flexible home design but they offer more choices of End lots and corner unit

Elmina 4 land size in 20’ x 70’ or 20’ x 80’, Jardin larger land size 22’ x 75’ till 25’ x 85’.
Total unit Jardin less dense at 232 unit vs Elmina's 349.
For me, Elmina has edge in its location but smaller and more crowede and Jardin has more space but further away from Klang valley overall

Hi guys, isn't anybody concern with construction of 100% cement sand brick wall? I like the overall of Jardin but I'm really in headache because they were using sand wall...especially with the area surrounded by palm oil estate so I'm really worried on the quality against pest and moist...appreciate if someone which had already move in Hemingway/Hampton can give their best piece of advice, thanks guys

I was watching iherng latest review on a landed property and he said it's hard to see projects nowadays using red brick anymore. Maybe due to cost. Hence I guess most projects are using cement sand brick too. I'm not pro in this, just sharing what I saw in the review video.

I think the requirement now is only the shared walls are clay bricks. Others will be cement sand bricks.
