I should hopefully be getting my keys for Hemingway soon so am looking for recommendations for contractors for simple renovation work and also someone that can help with kitchen cabinets.

With lockdown it's been hard to drive around and find people that cover that area.

I guess councils do have a big role in this. My friend bought a unit from SDP in Serenia City near Sepang there. He got the permenant guardhouse already during VP, no need to wait. So it is out of developer control I guess.

Hi guys, isn't anybody concern with construction of 100% cement sand brick wall? I like the overall of Jardin but I'm really in headache because they were using sand wall...especially with the area surrounded by palm oil estate so I'm really worried on the quality against pest and moist...appreciate if someone which had already move in Hemingway/Hampton can give their best piece of advice, thanks guys
