Bro..quite suprised you seems unaware of the current situation due to the pandemic😅. Now many investors are unwilling/postponed plan to start a business due to the pandemic/MCO. Even a lot of shops were closed down during the MCO because of sales dropped, etc. Now we are in the recovery plan, the investors might be willing to get going again. But don't expect it to be at a fast pace..everywhere will be the same because of the pandemic.
Usually people who plans to move into a new township already had their mindset ready with this kind of development phases. If you think you're not ready, better search at an older/matured township around PJ, Subang Jaya, Kota Dsara, etc but be ready to pay higher property price.
Commercial parts in BSC is indeed quite slow-moving but at least they can share amenities from nearby areas since it is surrounded by other township developed by big developers such as Eco, LBS, IJM, Glomac, Sime Darby, etc. All are just 10 minutes away. Better than the lonely Gamuda Gardens township 😅. Most importantly, ask yourself what is your main priority/criteria in searching a new property..you can't get all of the good things readily in a new township..
